RL Torch 2 Pin Sight

Excellent sight fast shipping

Less than a hour into sighting this sight in I was already dialing in 60yrd shots. Easy to set up and adjust on the fly.

Great sight, well built. My set up was heavier and slower. I could get the tape on the dial to calibrate but the metal tape didn't. I would have preferred to use the metal tape and have full functionality. But this was due to my sight. I would still recommend this company and sight to any archery, they were great to work with. I would buy from them again.

Pros: metal Sight tapes, endless micro adjustments, and smooth dial adjustments.
Cons: Internal light (on all three settings) shines from the right side of the housing distracting from the pins, external bow sight light mouting, customer service, and dial and vertical site tapes.

The sight has a lot of good features to it, however the cons outweigh the pros for me. I tried to reach out to their customer service team to rectify some of these issues but they were less than helpful.

The light issue is simply too distracting in low light situations. I tried using two different external bow lights but they are too tall to mount correctly for the sight design. I reached out to the customer service team and they informed me that there are 3 brightness settings. That's good to know but it doesn't fix the issue or inform me on what external sight lights fit.

For the sight tapes, I shoot a #38 out of 40 offered sight tapes. This wouldnt be an issue if the dial moved a similar distance as the vertical sight bar but it doesn't. A 40 on the wheel is still yards different than the vertical sight bar. Once again. I reached out to customer service for support and they responded with "we sell replacement sight tapes."

The RL torch is a great offering from redline. The sights gearing is smooth. Fiber posts are constructed well. Live to see metal yardage tapes, and robust yardage indicators! Would recommend trimming some weight down but overall, a great sight .
