Average sight with weird windage issue ,good customer service

Bought this sight last year at the end of archery season. Used it throughout spring and summer trying to dial it in but couldn’t seem to get it spot on. Found the whole unit Has some play in it, tried everything to keep it from moving (double checking for loose screws, making sure it was mounted correctly) but still found it has almost 1/8” of play down at the sight housing when it would move.

Reached out and was sent a new one right away! So customer service was great and quick turnaround for a new product.

PROS:
Highly adjustable
Windage and elevation adjustment require no tools
Nice sight picture
Rechargeable integrated light and separate backup light

CONS:
Heavy.
Low light Pin brightness is average.
Issue with windage zero moving around due to faulty component/machining issues.
Metal sight tape and paper tape do not correspond with each other (#20 metal tape does not correspond with #20 paper tape for dial)

I do not think I will be running this sight anymore for hunting, it’s big and bulky and is quite heavy. I harvested 1 deer with it after mounting and sighting in the replacement and my windage was off on the shot resulting in an almost no fatal/wounding shot. Sight was tested 20 minutes before walking in and was tight prior, but just walking through brush and pulling the bow up the tree jarred it enough to move it out of adjustment. Not nearly as much as the first one but enough to tell the difference at 40 yards (confirmed the next day that it was not the “whitetail adrenaline dump”)

Priced well at the sale price of $160 but I do not believe the normal retail price of $320 is worth it (which I unfortunately paid)

Great sight go for it!

This will be my go to sight for bows from now on. I have a gripe... I wish they came with a few blank metal plates for the slider. Other than that its gold!

Outstanding customer service, great sight

Had a small issue and emailed customer service on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend, and within a couple hours the issue was solved. I wasn't expecting a reply untill the following week(and would have been totally ok with that). Can't ask for better service than that. The sight I bought is a great value. Has every adjustment you need and is straightforward to get dialed in. The dual sight tapes are a great feature, especially on a Mathews with bridge lock. The only complaint I have is the second pin on my two pin scope is a little fiddley to get adjusted, but it's a very minor downside. The fact that it's adjustable at all is a rarity in two pin scopes. The windage adjustment could be a bit more fine, and the lockdown knob sometimes gets "caught" in between adjustments, but again, it's a minor complaint. The built in rechargeable light is a great feature as well and I've yet to run into a situation where it's not bright enough, but there is a second light that shines directly on the fibers if needed. All in all I'm pleased with the sight and customer service.

Torch 2 pin

I run a home shop and recently purchased the torch on sale for $179 to test for customer recommendations on an affordable sight. I have the dovetail version, and I feel it’s a great beginner mover sight for beginners/ hunters/ budget conscious people. I feel like it’s decently made but it does lack in certain areas. I feel like the micro adjust needs to be refined for more micro tuning. It’s a big jump left to right between clicks. Also I feel like the .19 pin is giant and wish they offered it in dual .10 pins. Good sight overall but wouldn’t pay full price for it. I feel for the money there are better options out there, but a great introductory sight if you catch it on sale.

Great sight but missing screw.

The sight is great, it came missing a metal sight tape screw missing and the top stop screw just broke off. No biggie I figured, just reach out to customer support… it’s been almost a week and no response from RL… come on guys…
