Good Product but poor Customer Service

It's been 1 month since I purchased this bow sight and still have yet to hear from customer service, using both email (twice) and contact form on the website. There is no phone number listed. Overall, it seems like a good bow sight for the price but I've been unable to complete setup as the videos on the website don't address the problem I'm having adjusting elevation nor do the sights come with any setup instructions. It seems like the person who reviewed before me is also having the same issue. Truly frustrating that I bought this sight for opening day of bow season which I have already missed because I can't get anyone from Redline to respond for assistance. Overall, the build quality of the sight looks good and can hopefully get it setup some day.

I use a Redline Torch on my Mathews X33 Lift and really like it so I ordered an RL1 for my wife. What a disappointment, poor quality workmanship. The gang adjustment fior elevation will not slide and the micro adjustment grinds. Never heard back from customer service. 50% sale was of value since the sight is worthless.

Ive bought two of these sight now and both have been junk first one the sight housing completely broke off after about 2weeks of backyard use (no abuse at all ) second one screws are stripped out right out of the box never used sight housing wiggles all over the place very disappointing

Quiver

My Muzzy Broadhead don’t fit very well I shoot three blade 100 grain. I had to turn them just right so the blades don’t touch the sides of the quiver. Need more room for broadheads.

Needs a D loop!

Love the quiver. Very easy to use and will hold any arrow securely. Only thing it’s missing is a loop at the head of the quiver. Like most folks, I don’t shoot with my quiver attached. I always hang it with or beside my pack. Can’t do that with out some sort of D loop or string. Otherwise, very pleased with this product.

Pins broke and the act like they were gonna send them but they didn’t ship them

I bought the rl2 3 pin slider dtm the first time I try to sight it in the top and bottom pin broke and they it says the pin were ordered and it’s said that for 2 weeks an they won’t ship them but every else on the sight is fine if you’re gonna buy a redline sight go to a pro shop and buy it
