I have already written a review about the torch being a great site. This review is on customer service. I have asked these folks countless questions to aid in set up, spare parts and sizes and new sight tapes. They have helped and Sent out these items no questions asked. When I had a pin snap, they sent me a new updated scope the next day. I can't say enough good things about customer service and how well they've taken care of me. I'm all in on redline because of folks like Bryan! Thank you so much!

Torch sight

Site works extremely well. I have 3 of them, and the only issue I have is that the stop that is customizable by the end user is not quite long enough. My 20yd pin fall just outside the adjustment range. Otherwise I love the product.

Well built and thought out sight. Seems very durable and has features of much more expensive sights.

Do not recommend!!

I have had this sight for about a month, sighting this sight in was not easy. First the sight tape and wheel do not mirror which means a different sight tape for the front and wheel, easily overcome with a custom sight tape on the wheel. The quality is garbage, one front metal sight tape screw broke off at the head while tightening the sight tape down, second the lower second pin twists while tightening in place, third while adjusting the second pin the main top pin twisted and snapped. This sight will be going in the dumpster. I have been bow hunting for 20+ years have had numerous products, this is by far the worse.
