first, shipping was fast. This is the first real stabilizer that I have owned, others were more like vibration dampners. First time out with just 1 weight on. i could tell the difference in holding steady on the target. Still in the experimentation stage with adding weights. But I will probably end up with just the one weight for hunting season.
It's been 1 month since I purchased this bow sight and still have yet to hear from customer service, using both email (twice) and contact form on the website. There is no phone number listed. Overall, it seems like a good bow sight for the price but I've been unable to complete setup as the videos on the website don't address the problem I'm having adjusting elevation nor do the sights come with any setup instructions. It seems like the person who reviewed before me is also having the same issue. Truly frustrating that I bought this sight for opening day of bow season which I have already missed because I can't get anyone from Redline to respond for assistance. Overall, the build quality of the sight looks good and can hopefully get it setup some day.
